Learnership / apprenticeship and intern monitoring and reporting

Learnership/apprenticeship and intern coaching and mentoring (includes signing off of modules and liaising with the Seta on your behalf)
Reporting to the Seta for tranche payments
Guidance to internal mentors on programmes with learners/interns

Employment Equity Services

Completion of Employment Equity Plans
Completion of mandatory annual Employment Equity Reporting
Setting up and maintenance of Employment Equity and Skills Development Committees

Skills Development services

BBBEE consultation

Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment consulting in the line with the legislation
Administration of BBBEE in preparation for verification audits
